Hello, I’m Eric , the humble owner of Flawless Design Flooring. My journey in the flooring industry began at the age of 19, when I started learning the craft that would become my passion and career. Over the last 22 years, I’ve honed my skills, working in both residential and commercial settings, and I’m proud to say that my experience is the backbone of the high-quality service I provide today.
I was fortunate to receive training from the renowned Chicago Carpenters, where I learned from some of the most seasoned veterans in the industry. Their guidance and knowledge have shaped me into the skilled flooring professional I am now. Along the way, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the importance of integrity and professionalism in everything I do.
